Arkady Serper Arkady Serper, pianist and composer, received his music education at the Gnesin State Musical College and the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory. In Russia, he led a distinguished career as a pianist, composer and as an educator at the Gnesin Music College. In 1992, he immigrated to the United States to continue his career as a performing artist, composer and teacher. Mr. Serper performs in solo recitals throughout the Bay Area, is teacher of Theory and Composition at The Crowden School and teaches private piano students. He has written choral music for Kairos Youth Choir, currently published, as well as compositions in original musical theatre. Mr. Serper has performed for audiences in Denmark, Great Britain, Germany, Greece, Italy, Norway, Poland, and Thailand.
