Paula Dreyer Artist's Website >> Paula Dreyer is a versatile pianist with a solid and sensitive sound. She has performed in the US, Canada, Europe, and Central America, and recently performed at Zankel Hall, Carnegie Hall's newest performing venue. She has won first place in the Montreal Classical Music Festival and the San Francisco State University Concerto Competition. Her current performing ensembles include Beach Blanket Babylon, a contemporary music quintet "Matt Small's Chamber Ensemble", and "Potaje Trio,” a flamenco and Latin group led by Chus Alonso. Paula is also active as an educator. She is on faculty at the Community Music Center and is the published author of the instructional book "For the Aspiring Pianist…" She has a master's degree from San Francisco State University and a bachelor of music from McGill University in Montreal.
