Sarah Rathke Sarah Rathke, oboe, is a member of the Sacramento Philharmonic and Chamber Orchestras. She also regularly performs with the Contemporary Music Players and the symphonies of Marin, Fremont, Santa Rosa, Vallejo, California, Berkeley, Monterey and Santa Cruz. Ms. Rathke is Professor of Oboe at UC Berkeley. She received her B.M. from Northwestern University and her M.M. from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
