Violist extraordinaire Carla Maria Rodrigues has traveled, literally, in some of the most elite company in the world of contemporary classical music, having been a featured soloist in concert with Yo Yo Ma, and touring extensively with Pinchas Zukerman as a member of the Zukerman and Friends Ensemble. In a rare Monday evening Old First concert, she joins Carol Isaac, pianist and internationally celebrated vocal coach, and San Francisco Opera Orchestra ‘cellist Thalia Moore in a performance of exquisite compositions for viola, ‘cello and piano.
