Pianist Grace Nikae has compiled a remarkable resume for a performer her age, but then, she got an early start, performing publicly since age three and debuting as orchestral soloist with the Honolulu Symphony at age eight. Since then, she has performed at such eminent venues as Carnegie Hall and the Corcoran Gallery, and secured a reputation as one of the finest and most compelling artists of her generation, hailed internationally for her "poetic and fiery" playing and "superb technique and powerful expressiveness.
