Rachmaninoff’s popular Sonata No. 2 in B-flat minor will close the first half of the program in the “Horowitz” version, which combines the original and revised versions from 1913 and 1936. Liszt’s Two Franciscan Legends, Benediction of God in Solitude and Fantasy on Wagner’s Rienzi bring the program to a close. A reception in celebration of Mr. Glover’s birthday will follow the concert.
