Luna Nova Quartet – Old First Concerts

You are invited to take a journey through the American Heartland, and the joyful collective experience of our enduring musical legacy. This Americana and folk series offers some of the most memorable and inspirational American folk music themes. These popular and eternal themes have sustained us throughout the centuries from the American Heartland, Appalachian Mountains, Civil War, American West, and up to our present shared history. These themes will be highlighted and presented, as well as original compositions by Ben Brussell. This program received additional funding from the Zellerbach Family Foundation.

Our concerts rely on the generosity of volunteers to assist with simple tasks like:

ushering

distributing programs

box office

set-up and clean-up

Scheduling is flexible — you choose when to work! We especially need helping hands for our Friday and Saturday night performances.

An excellent opportunity for students, seniors, or anyone who possesses a love for music!
