Dmitri Shostakovich Piano Trio No. 2 in E minor, Op. 67Jennifer Higdon Piano TrioAnton Arensky Piano Trio No. 1 in D minor, Op. 32Though frequent collaborators, Lori Lack, Christina Mok, and Joanne Lin have all forged successful careers as soloists and chamber musicians, each performing with an impressive array of artists and ensembles. Lori Lack has performed recitals with artists including the Alexander String Quartet and Robin Sharp, and was a member of the Laurel Ensemble and the Gold Coast Chamber Players. Christina Mok is the current Concertmaster of both the Stockton Symphony and the Monterey Symphony, the Associate Concertmaster of Symphony Silicon Valley, and devotes herself equally to solo performance, chamber recitals, and orchestral leading with appearances around the world. Joanne Lin was a member of numerous New York-based ensembles before returning to her native San Francisco, and as an advocate of contemporary music was a founding member of the Argento Chamber Ensemble and has worked closely with composers including Tristan Murail and Mario Davidovsky. Performing a fantastic selection of pieces, this trio of women will bring excitement and beauty to the audience.
