As it is, this former prodigy, who performed Tchaikovsky`s First Piano Concerto with the Azerbaijan Philharmonic Orchestra at the age of thirteen, has eminently represented his homeland in different concert venues including Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory, in San Francisco Bay Area, in New York City (Carnegie Hall), Cemal Resit Rey Concert Hall in Istanbul, Izmir , Ankara, Mexico City, St.Petersburg, Kiev, Minsk, Alma-Ata, Tallinn and Baku, and was in fact formally honored as the National Artist of the Azerbaijan Republic. Currently, he is a faculty member at San Jose State University.
