In this, the darkest time of year, candles of unity light our hearts. Ragazzi presents music from the winter traditions of Kwanza, Native American culture, Hanukkah, and more—expressing our longing for light, in darkness. Join us as we meld music from many cultures and be warmed by some familiar, beautiful carols of Christmas. Founded in 1987, Ragazzi is dedicated to providing valuable performing opportunities for boys, and to their music education. It is our mission to produce great choral music and help our boys become young men of character and distinction. Ragazzi has teamed with San Francisco Opera, San Francisco Symphony and many other local, prominent performing groups.

Old First Concerts has volunteer opportunities available!

Our concerts rely on the generosity of volunteers to assist with simple tasks like:

set-up and clean-up

Scheduling is flexible — you choose when to work! We especially need helping hands for our Friday and Saturday night performances.
