Tod Dickow with Charged Particles – Friday, July 12 at 8 pm

Saxophonist Tod Dickow joins the “inventive, invigorating, mesmerizing, beautiful, virtuosic, and lyrical” (Downbeat Magazine) Charged Particles in a performance of John Coltrane’s complete A Love Supreme.

2LOW cello & bass duo – Sunday, June 9 at 4 pm

San Francisco Symphony musicians, Assistant Principal cellist Amos Yang and bassist Charles Chandler perform two commissioned works–a World Premiere by Argentinian composer Andrès Martin, as well as Shinji Eshima’s reimagining of Bach’s second cello suite.

Jon Jangtet – Friday, May 10 at 8 pm

World Premiere of Jon Jang’s new work, A Chinaman’s Chance, A Choy’s Chance!, in celebration of the 150^th anniversary of the completion of the first transcontinental railroad in the US built by Chinese immigrant workers.

Schumann Revisited – Sunday, April 7 at 4 pm

Schumann’s piano works reexamined and fine-tuned to reflect the ways in which we listen to music today, in a presentation that brings the original excitement and drama of the Biedermeier era of nineteenth-century classical music back to the spotlight.

Scheduling is flexible — you choose when to work! We especially need helping hands for our Friday and Saturday night performances.
